Clarifiers of this type are particularly suited for coolants with high contents of ferrous particles.

After passing through the magnetic separator which removes the ferrous particles, the Coolant flows through a non-woven fabric, filtering any remaining particles in suspension.



When the filter fabric is clogged and coolant is not able to penetrate the filter, a pool accumulates and activates a level sensor, causing the filter bed to feed, exposing a new area of filter.
